Following the Budget's changes to employer's National Insurance (NI) Contributions for 2025/26 onwards, we've produced this calculator to help you understand the potential impact on your practice.

How to use the calculator

  1. Enter your practice details: The calculator allows you to enter the details of your practice so that you can get a personalised estimate of the changes to your NI costs.
  2. Include wage adjustments: The Budget also introduced an increase to the minimum wage, and so the calculator allows you to factor in pay rises for next year so that you can get a more accurate idea of how changes to your wage bill will impact on NI costs.
  3. Get an estimate: After entering the relevant data, you'll receive a projected estimate of how national insurance changes and wage adjustmenst may influence your expenses.

This calculator provides an estimate only and we would encourage you to take advice from your accountant.

Please note that the calculator is only available to our members - please sign in to be able to download it.
