This is hosted by the Northern Ireland Branch, to book the Northern Ireland Branch Young Dentist Group Belfast food tour, please click here. Please note the tours have different start times.   

What to expect​

The award-winning original Belfast food tour takes you on a fun and food-filled guided walk to some top food and drink spots around Belfast City Centre.

You will start in the historic St George’s Market, meeting producers, and tasting yummy local products, before heading around Belfast to visit traditional bars, world-class shops and more, eating and drinking some of the best local food and drink along the way.

Partners, friends and colleagues are very welcome to attend.

If you feel at all unwell, we encourage you to take a lateral flow test the evening before you are due to arrive - should your test result be positive, we ask you not to attend.

If your test is negative, but you do have symptoms of COVID-19 (a new, persistent cough; a high temperature; or loss/changes to your sense of taste or smell) we kindly request you consider not attending the event to mitigate any risk to other attendees.

The first lecture will be led by Paul Murphy discussing complex orthodontic issues such as the management of spaces and precise control of tooth movement, followed by a lecture by Martina Hayes describing the prevalence of hypodontia, the replacement of missing teeth as well as commonly seen concurrent dental presentations.
